British Taekwondo has partnered with leading sports business management system provider, Sport:80 to bring you a powerful, all in one, easy to use membership management platform for running your club business or voluntary set up.

We are switching to a new provider to offer you a more seamless and enhanced membership management platform with improved features and better support which will significantly reduce your admin.

The new system will be launched week commencing March 24th, 2025.

Yes, all membership details on the current 4global platform as of 14 March 2025 will be securely transferred to the new system.

Yes – The old system will stop accepting new data and transactions on 14th March so please ensure you complete all new sign ups, renewals and any other transactions before this date.

There will be no online hub service from 15th March to 23rd March. We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible

We advise that any membership renewals due in March be completed by the 14th March to ensure a seamless transfer of information to the new Sport: 80 Platform. New memberships and renewals from April onwards will be processed on the new platform.

You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up access for your account on the new system as it goes live w/c 24th March.

We are moving to a new system to provide an enhanced experience for our club leads and our members, your membership benefits will remain the same.

Once the Sport: 80 platform is live there will be a “contact support” feature within the platform for any enquiries may have.

Yes, the new system complies with the highest security standards to ensure your payment and personal information is safe and secure.

Yes, you will be able to update your membership information easily through the new system’s user-friendly interface.

If you encounter any issues, please contact our membership support team immediately. We are here to assist you and ensure a smooth transition to the new platform.

The new platform should significantly reduce you club admin, with easy club & British Taekwondo sign ups and renewals all possible from your mobile devices. It will also assist with the collection of training fees and payments, and allow you to set up events and manage sign up all in one place.

We are managing the launch of the Sport: 80 platform in two phases. The first phase will see the important migration of all membership details from the old system, as well as ensuring members can effectively set up their accounts on Sport: 80.

Once that has been completed and any issues ironed out – Phase 2 will see the roll out of club level tools. Further information for clubs interested in using these will be shared from April onwards.

British Taekwondo have invested in supporting our clubs and is covering the software licence fees that you would normally expect to pay for this kind of functionality the platform will provide.

There will be charges applicable to use the new club management tools, and other club level services as they come on stream and these prices will be shared with club leads shortly.

However, we appreciate that some clubs may have their own system or choose not to use these new club level tools and just want to continue to manage British Taekwondo memberships in a similar way as before. This will be still possible.

Simply put – if you don’t use the new club membership and events-related tools and services you won’t be charged any fees.
