
The 2025 European Poomsae Championships gets underway today with a team of 55 athletes, coaches and support team members from 21 British Taekwondo clubs represented at the event held in Tallinn, Estonia.
The two-day event will be the 17th hosting of the competition, while it marks the second European Para Poomsae Championships, after a successful debut event in Innsbruck, Austria in 2023.
The British team will be looking to match their results from the previous iteration of the event, where they produced a record 11 medals, including two golds, four silver and five bronze.
